Hello Monday + 1 new New Year's resolution
Happy fresh start of the week! How was your weekend?
I got totally hooked by the documentary series called the Up Series (mentioned in Cup of Jo) and watched all of then until 49 Up in a row..it's so fascinating! I highly highly recommend it if you get your hands on these series. Let me know what you think if you already saw them, I couldn't let go, it's like these people grow on you..
Besides that I had a lovely cheese fondue dinner at a friend's place and I found a lovely gym close to my place that I hope I have the consistency to visit more regularly now (you see, at least I had a good start).
To start this week off, I also wanted to share with you one of my new New Year's resolutions that I forgot to put in my list, but what has actually been kind of secret agreement I made with myself - spend more time on breakfasts! And not only at weekends. I am definitely a breakfast person but tend to have a fast and boring one during the working days. I don't even know why, wouldn't it be more fun to start every working day with a great little meal that actually gives you more energy and better mood for the whole day? (Plus it's less struggle to wake up in this case:))
Have a great new week!

I will definately watch the 'Up series' - I read about it at the wiki page and it seems very interesting. Talking about serials - at the moment I am totally into 'Revenge'. I now have entire first season and I already watched 6 of them yesterday (although it just started from TV3 last week). It is interesting to watch and interesting to see how people are living int he 'glam' world - personal and public life. :) If you have interest and time, I suggest it as well.
ReplyDeleteAbout breakfasts - I totally agree. I tried to start a bit with them last year and continue this year. If I wake up a bit earlier and eat and chill a bit, I am not with pillow-looking-face if I go out, and if I step into the office, my eyes are wide open :D
Nice pic by the way ;)
hugs.
Thanks for the tip about series, I will check it out;) and for sure check the Up series, it will really get you thinking and a bit analyzing your own life.
ReplyDeleteAnd good to know I have a breakfast buddy;))) I'm completely a breakfast-chiller myself:P
Thanks and hugs!!!
